Dr. Anne Harbison is an executive leadership educator known for her work with some of the world’s greatest organizations and thought-leaders. As the Founder and Managing Principal of JourneyLEAD Consulting, LLC, Anne helps leaders transform themselves, their teams, and entire organizations through expert coaching, facilitation, and strategic consultation. Anne began her career in Health Care Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and then served as a management consultant specializing in organizational change and learning. Most recently, Anne was a Principal Strategic Consultant in Gallup’s executive leadership practice, working domestically and internationally in the health care, manufacturing, retail and government sectors. She is most proud of building top-ranked leadership development programs that have shown sustainable organizational and business results. Anne earned her doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, researching best practices in executive education. She served on the teaching staff of The Leadership Project at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with Ron Heifetz, taught Business Psychology at Harvard College, and was the Senior Leadership Faculty for the Gallup/University of Nebraska-Lincoln Executive MBA program in Health Care Leadership. Dr. Harbison is a regular presenter and keynote speaker, previously featured at the Human Capital Institute, Brookings Institute, Organizational Behavior Teaching Society, the Academy of Management and the American Society for Training and Development. Stephen Ruedisili, Esq. is a JourneyLEAD Principal Consultant with extensive management, legal, and human resources expertise. His career spans success as a litigator, C-suite advisor, speaker, and strategist for employee and organizational engagement. As a Human Resources leader for a Fortune 25 company, Steve built the talent, leadership and development function for 3,000 IT employees including a new global on-boarding process, the first career development solution for the function, the first common leadership competency framework and implementing a new managed services model. Previous to that role, Steve was one of the top strategic consultants at Gallup, helping companies such Best Buy, Toyota, Humana, Owens-Corning, ADP and others build fully engaged work environments.  As part of his engagements with these and other Fortune 500 organizations, Steve guided his clients through candidate selection, individual and team development and implementation of strengths-based human resources systems.  Steve trained as a criminal prosecutor, taught law school in Zambia in the U.S. Peace Corps and has taken his courtroom and classroom experience into the boardroom, advising and coaching executives. As Director of Client Services, Lisa Boes ensures excellence in client communication, delivery, and impact. Her broad range of organizational talents, including managing diverse staff, complex programs and budgets, uniquely prepares her to enhance the JourneyLEAD client experience.  After earning her doctorate in Learning & Teaching at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, she coached new teachers at the Bok Center at Harvard as a post-doc, and for seven years served as Dean of one of the Harvard Undergraduate Houses.  As a member of the faculty of Education at Harvard for four years, Lisa offered a course on college student identities and development. Most recently she served as Dean of Academic Services at Brandeis University, leading a staff of 22 academic advisors and student service providers focused on academic achievement and success for a student body of over 3,800. Lisa is thrilled to be joining the JourneyLEAD core team and is enjoying the opportunity to work in diverse corporate, non-profit, and educational environments.

KRIS WITTMANN
MASTER STRATEGIC ILLUSTRATOR
Kriss Wittmann is a visual note taker. She graphically “maps” discussions on the spot, providing a visual, memorable summary that engages participants and non-attendees long after the meeting is over. With her deep listening skills she captures key concepts and findings in colorful pictures, cartoons and icons. The process is called Strategic Illustration—and she’s been doing it for business, government, and non-profit clients since 2002. The artwork is co-created with the presenters and audience providing the content and Kriss conceptualizing the work into a real time infographic. The final product is used for visioning, strategic planning and as an historical record of an event. The map becomes a communication tool for leaders to share their vision and roadmap for the future. Since most of us are visual learners, this picture communication method is very effective for engaging the viewer. It provides a common language for those who participated in the graphically recorded event. Strategic Illustration requires more than excellent illustration skills. It also requires superb listening and conceptualization skills, business acumen and workplace experience. Kriss’ education (B.A. in Communication Arts, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and M.S. in Higher Education, Colorado State University) and her 17 years of experience in higher education and corporate training have honed her skills and perspective.

Dana Baugh has served as an executive coach and change leadership consultant to senior executives of some of the world’s leading organizations across North America and Asia. Her passion centers around preparing leaders for the individual and organizational changes needed to stay relevant and viable in a complex, perpetually changing world.

Dana knows the demands of leadership at the executive level based on holding corporate leadership roles, conducting 500+ leadership assessments and coaching over 16 leaders as they made successful transitions into CEO and president roles. Her organizational development work has spanned 60+ OD engagements including transforming businesses through a deep focus on the customer and employee experience; integrating diverse corporate cultures following mergers and acquisitions; and helping fast growing companies re-shape their corporate hierarchies into agile networks.


PAT COSTELLO
TEAM EFFECTIVENESS AND EXPERIENTIAL EDUCATION
Pat Costello is an organizational consultant and coach who has spent the past two decades unleashing the potential of teams and leaders. He has worked with organizations around the world – from small, local firms to Fortune 500 global companies in Europe, the U.K., South America, Asia, and the U.S. Pat’s practice focuses on helping teams and leaders have more impact and influence through an authentic expression of their talents and values, and a compelling sense of purpose. Prior to partnering with JourneyLead Consulting, Pat spent four years as a Principal Consultant and coach with Korn/Ferry International, which was ranked the top global coaching and consulting firm by Leadership Excellence Magazine, and twelve years with the Prouty Project, a strategy and team building firm based in Minneapolis. Pat is a skilled facilitator and coach who is grounded in a deep understanding of leadership development, group dynamics, interpersonal communication, and experiential learning. Pat is certified in a variety of assessment tools that support his coaching and team development practice, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Development Suite, DiSC, and Lominger’s suite of tools. A unique contribution to Pat’s understanding of leaders and teams comes from the many learning adventures that he has designed and led for clients over the past twenty years, including expeditions to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp in Nepal, and mountaineering in Patagonia, among others. Mr. Costello holds a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Lander, Wyoming.

MIKE MORRISON
LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE
Mike Morrison is the founder and VP for the University of Toyota – a corporate university he launched in 1998 and led for a decade of differentiating performance. Mike’s passion centers on helping leaders and organizations reach their highest potential. His research has helped organizations grow by developing the necessary leadership and culture capabilities. These insights have been documented in two popular books — Leading Through Meaning (2003) and The Other Side of the Card (2006) — and a wide range of publications including the Harvard Business Review. His newest book This Is Not Working (2012) focuses on the challenges of creating a unifying work culture. Mike has designed, developed, and managed dozens of business growth and leader development programs. In support of these efforts, he has developed over 100 frameworks that have proven to accelerate the capability-building process. Examples include his Learn-Plan-Do development cycle (a game-changing enhancement to traditional learning routines) and his Purpose-Process-People culture capability framework (that has been transformational for leaders and their organizations). His organizational development efforts span strategy formation, brand building, process design, continuous improvement, culture transformation, talent management – and both personal and organizational learning. As a globally recognized leader, Mike continues to help organizations to advance their growth strategies in dramatic new ways. Mike’s education has taken him from the liberal arts foundations of Gonzaga University – to a University of Southern California MBA – to a doctoral degree at Claremont Graduate University’s Peter F. Drucker School. He moved into the heart of Los Angeles in support of the family’s mission to contribute and to participate in LA’s urban renewal. He serves a range of non-profit organizations including the Special Olympics.
